Plus 50 Learner Conference

This Wednesday I’m attending a conference in Minneapolis titled, “Get Ready to Engage Plus 50 Learners”.   The conference is part of the three-year Plus 50 Initiative sponsored by the American Association of Community Colleges.  The Initiative and parallel legislation were highlighted in the January BTSG newsletter (email me if you didn’t get a copy.)  One of the BTSG travel story writers is speaking along with the former mayor of St. Paul, MN George Latimer, the President of Century College in White Bear Lake, MN and the National Director of the Plus 50 Initiative.   Tune in for a follow-up post in a few days.  Or follow me on Twitter for up-to-the-minute news.
